Ann Smith is a business executive and career coach based in Melbourne, Australia with decades of experience as a leader in the private industry and the Australian Public Service.  In October 2022, Ann was recognised and inducted into the Victorian Honour Roll of Women, Leading through disaster category for her work leading the Victorian Aged Care Response Centre (VACRC).

In the public service, Ann has led teams managing the $5 billion Health and Hospital Infrastructure program, running the People Management branch for Commonwealth Health’s 4,000 staff and most recently, leading the VACRC which provided a single point of coordination for Commonwealth activities, in collaboration with Victorian government agencies and the aged care sector, that harnessed the capabilities of governments and the private sector to ensure a comprehensive response to the pandemic.
